Nice work, thanks. Today I open mine cam for eliminate parking lines.

But inside I find something different from 24C08C or Atmel822 EEPROM chips. Mine has 25P05A labeled chip.

From datasheet it must be 512 Kbit, Low Voltage, Serial Flash Memory
With 20 MHz SPI Bus Interface. However, I've try:
- lift VCC pin - lines remain
- short GND and Q or D pins - imagine go out
- remove completely chip - imagine go out.
Now I restore chip on it's place, imagine return, but lines remain. I'm not electronician, my question is: does it possible to eliminate those f...d lines?
